Collection of personal information
Personal information is information about an individual that identifies the individual or from which the
individual could be identified. Collection of personal information is essential for Aurora Asset Management to be able to conduct its business of dealing with
securities and other financial products on behalf of its clients, and to provide related services to them.

Where Aurora Asset Management has contracted with another organisation to provide portfolio administration, we are required to collect personal
information from clients who apply to register with the service, in order to open, process, monitor, administer, maintain and update accounts.

The service provided by Aurora Asset Management may require us to collect and store information extending to a client's name, address, age, contact details
(including telephone and fax numbers and email addresses), date of birth, mother's maiden name (for security identification purposes), shareholding details,
transaction details, tax file number, bank account details, communications with us (for example, emails and letters) and identification.

The personal information will also be used by Aurora Asset Management in order to perform administrative functions in relation to the account or accounts
held with Aurora Asset Management and for financial management purposes. We may also use the personal information to send information to a client on
related services we provide which may be of benefit to them.

How we collect information

Use of personal information

Aurora Asset Management will use the personal information we collect to provide a client with the required product or service and to manage, administer and enhance the financial service relationship we have with the client. Gaining access to personal information and correction of information. An individual may request access to any of the personal information we hold about them. If the information is not accurate, complete and up-to-date, the individual may request that the information be corrected. Any request for access to, or correction of information should be made in writing and signed by
the individual requesting access to, or correction of, his or her own information.

All requests for personal information will be processed as quickly as possible. In most cases we will be able to provide an individual with a summary of the personal information we hold about them, or allow them to view the information held electronically, within 14 days of receipt of a request. For more detailed requests, such as for access to information held in archives, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of retrieval and the supply of the information to the individual.

We will endeavour to provide a response to requests for more detailed information within 30 days of receipt of the request.
Aurora Asset Management Asset Management may be required by law to retain personal information concerning clients for a period of time after they have ceased their relationship with us. After the required time has passed we will securely destroy or delete the information.

Information sent outside Australia

Aurora Asset Management only sends personal information outside Australia if the individual consents to the transfer or if the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract between Aurora Asset Management and the individual. If the individual is physically located outside Australia, the information which is requested by the individual during this time will be sent to him or her and thus be sent outside Australia.
